In order to request a refund you must provide a log. This log must be produced by Chrome while you are reproducing the issue. This is easy to do.
If you are on Windows, right click the Chrome shortcut, and in the “Target” text box, edit it so it looks “C:\…\..\chrome.exe” –enable-logging –v=1
Close all instances of Chrome, and start Chrome using that shortcut. Reproduce the bug you are having, and then close Chrome.
Navigate to the following directory: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data, copy paste the contents of chrome_debug.log into the box below. If the file is too large, you can copy paste the contents directly into an email to email@example.com.
